Super Star Swim School’s Business Journey Timeline:

Where it began:

Nicki started Super Star Swim School in 2011 after dedicating her time to learning about the psychological needs of children and their reactions around water. She believes that learning to swim saves lives.

“Where creating a love for water is our passion! Meeting the needs of every swimmer is our goal. Having fun and giving the gift of a life skill is our game!”

Getting an ActionCOACH:

Nicki started coaching with ActionCOACH Brendon Saunders in March 2021. Nicki was burnt-out and knew she needed help in her business and then found Brendon through BNI.

Nicki soon realised she was using the wrong people to help her in her business and that she needed to implement systems and the right staff so that they could handle the parts of the business she didn’t like or have the knowledge to do e.g accounting.

Brendon helped her change all that and now her business is thriving with her opening another two branches since starting and she has her eyes on an even bigger, fourth branch, opening soon.

Business Milestones:

Growth across all three branches over the last 18 months.
Nicki improved her bottom-line every month.
Nicki is the recipient of our ActionMAN award.

Personal Moments:

Nicki now has more time on her hands and is no longer feeling burnt-out. She says these are her ‘aha’ moments since having an ActionCOACH:

Where to next:

Nicki wants to open her fourth swim school on a massive property that has two swimming pools on it, in the Sandton area, she is excited to also be moving her family to Sandton in the process.
